Description of Services

Sandip Satav provides messaging, customer communication, and automation services using WhatsApp Official API, RCS, and related technologies to enable businesses to engage customers efficiently.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering contracts under Indian law to use our services.

Account Registration

Users may need to register and provide accurate business information. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of credentials.

User Responsibilities

You agree:

  • Not to send spam or unsolicited messages
  • To comply with Meta and RCS messaging policies
  • Not to transmit unlawful, harmful, or misleading content
  • To obtain proper user consent before messaging

Payment & Billing Terms

All fees must be paid as agreed. Delayed payments may result in suspension of services.

Subscription Renewal & Termination

Subscriptions renew automatically unless terminated. We reserve the right to suspend accounts for policy violations.

Use of WhatsApp Official API & RCS

Users must strictly follow:

  • Meta Business Messaging Policy
  • WhatsApp Commerce & Messaging guidelines
  • RCS and telecom operator compliance rules

Violation may result in immediate termination.

Message Delivery & Compliance Policy

Sandip Satav does not guarantee delivery rates as delivery depends on Meta, telecom operators, and end-user devices. Users are responsible for message content compliance.

Intellectual Property Rights

All software, systems, branding, and platform content remain property of Sandip Satav.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential business information secure.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted operation.

Limitation of Liability

Sandip Satav shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Sandip Satav against claims arising from misuse of services or policy violations.

Governing Law (India)

These Terms are governed by Indian laws. Disputes fall under Pune jurisdiction courts.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use implies acceptance.
